Sarah Small became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in July 2015 after completing Kent State University's Nurse Practitioner program. She has over 15 years of experience in the operating room with the majority of her nursing career at Lake Health - West Medical Center, Sarah continually seeks to increase her knowledge and skill to better serve her patients. Her passion has been working with others to achieve health and happiness, which drew her into the field of podiatry after a successful career as a surgical nurse. Since becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Sarah hopes to blend her surgical skills with podiatric care as needed by patients.

Dr. Naren Patel is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon who is from Phoenix, Arizona. He finished his degree and training at University of Arizona and moved to greater Cleveland area in 2017 with his wife. He trained at one of the largest limb salvage institution in the country. His interest include foot and ankle surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, limb salvage.
He has immersed himself in the Midwest culture and local community and volunteers for many High School football teams and track meets. He enjoys traveling, hiking and camping with his wife and dog.
Dr. Orta is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and fluent in both English and Spanish. Upon graduation from St. Ignatius High School, he earned his BS in Biology at John Carroll University while competing as a collegiate rugby player. Dr. Orta then went on to obtain his medical degree at the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence Ohio. He completed his 3-year residency in Cleveland, Ohio at the Mercy Regional/Cleveland Clinic Foundation program specializing in Podiatric Medicine along with Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. His interests include rooting for Cleveland sports, fitness, and enjoying the local restaurants in the greater Cleveland area.read more
Dr. Miller is a native of Queens, New York, where he was raised by his father, a police officer, and mother, an emergency room nurse. After hearing stories of the patient encounters from his mother, Dr. Miller knew that a career in medicine was the path he wanted. After suffering an ankle injury while playing college football at Johns Hopkins University, he met with a podiatric surgeon. After being a patient and ultimately shadowing several podiatrists, he felt that this specialty was his calling. He completed medical school at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated as the president of the Pi Delta National Honor Society. He completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle accreditation at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. He served as chief resident in his final year.
Dr. Miller is now completing his Fellowship with the Foot & Ankle Specialists of Ohio, where he is specializing in lower extremity deformity and reconstructive surgery. He is excited to serve the greater Cleveland community and helping its members maintain a healthy lifestyle. The foot and ankle serves as our base, and he wants to make sure that he can keep his patients moving and enjoying their lives. . He is an avid sports fan, and has enjoyed the tenacity of the fan base here. In his spare time, he enjoys attending and participating in sporting activities.
