With years of experience and offices in Westchester and Rockland counties, we are here to treat all your family’s foot care needs.
We pride ourselves in making every patient’s office visit a pleasant experience. We are genuinely interested in hearing what our patients have to say. Simply put, we listen.
We offer complete diagnostic foot evaluation for children, adults, diabetic patients, surgical candidates, and athletes. We are highly skilled and talented in foot surgery.
It all starts with our thoughtful and compassionate staff, who will courteously schedule your appointment efficiently, so you will have little to no waiting time once you come in.
Utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, our doctors will thoroughly evaluate you and discuss all options. We provide diagnostic ultrasonography, circulation and nerve testing, as well as x-ray and fluoroscopy studies.
In the spirit of innovation, we offer Juvederm injections to address pain at the ball of the foot. Safe and effective, this allows you to wear high heeled shoes without discomfort by creating a beautiful cushion.
We also offer the Computerized Scientific Gait Investigation (C.S.G.I), also known as the F-scan. The C.S.G.I allows us to carefully study your walking and running patterns and also analyze the pressure points and mechanical changes in your feet and lower extremities. This allows for better accuracy and precision when designing and prescribing custom made orthotics.
We offer modern, cutting-edge treatments including Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy (E.S.W.T), an F.D.A-approved non-surgical treatment for heel pain, also available for several other disorders.
We also offer the F.D.A-approved PinPointe Laser treatment for fungal toenails, a safe and very effective solution for toenail fungus. Using the Laser allows us to provide a rapid clearance of infected toenails and eliminate the recovery time.
Patient satisfaction is most important to us. For your convenience, we accept virtually all insurance plans, and can even accommodate those uninsured. Please be advised that we do not accept Fidelis Care nor Affinity Health Plan. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon graduating from N.Y.C.P.M, Dr. Pinker completed two residency programs at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, a rotating podiatric residency program and a primary podiatric medical residency program. While at St. Barnabas Hospital, Dr. Pinker had extensive exposure to foot and ankle trauma, foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot injuries and infections, unusual diseases, dermatology and disorders of the foot, as well as general medicine and general surgery.
Dr. Pinker then continued to Philadelphia where he trained at the esteemed Hahnemann University Hospital, as well as St. Joseph’s Hospital where he became the Chief Resident and led the podiatric surgical team. At Elkins Park Hospital, also in Philadelphia, Dr. Pinker focused on elective foot surgery and sports medicine under the tutelage of Dr. Gary M. Gordon, D.P.M.
Following two years of extensive training in Philadelphia concentrating on foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Pinker returned to New York for private practice.
Of special note, Dr. Pinker successfully completed an internship at Eneslow: The Foot Comfort Center, and The Eneslow Pedorthic Institute, while studying at N.Y.C.P.M.
